The Food Brigade is pleased to announce that we have been selected as a Certifying Organization to bestow the President's Volunteer Service Award. This award was founded in 2003 by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation, to recognize the important role of volunteers in America’s strength and national identity. Led by AmeriCorps and managed in partnership with Points of Light, this program allows Certifying Organizations like The Food Brigade to recognize our most exceptional volunteers.
