THANK YOU TO THE WOMEN'S FOUNDATION OF NJ! Pictured above is Food Brigade President, Karen DeMarco, with representatives of the Women's Foundation of New Jersey. With the support of the Foundation's Women United in Philanthropy initiative, The Food Brigade was able to launch our Helpmobile Project, to extend the reach of our services to homebound women and children in Bergen County. At the group's monthly gathering, Karen gave a presentation on the problem of food insecurity in New Jersey and the expanded response of The Food Brigade to the issue.
